TERMS OF DELIVERY
TYPES OF DELIVERY
Delivery is provided through SIA DPD Latvija – delivery of goods by courier to the door. The delivery costs are calculated depending on the specific order.
TYPES OF DELIVERY
We send orders within 2-5 days from the moment of placing the order (on weekends and public holidays of the Republic of Latvia, orders are not delivered). The delivery time of orders in the territory of Latvia is 2-4 days from the moment of sending the order, but the delivery time outside the territory of Latvia is 7-14 days. Delivery of orders placed during the sale may take longer than usual: in Latvia 4-10 days, outside the territory of Latvia 10-21 days.
Please note:
- Deliveries are made on weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM. Please provide a delivery address where you can be located and receive your order during the business day.
- Delivery address should be as detailed as possible. All necessary additional information, such as the door code, must be provided to enable the courier to deliver on time. If the address is incorrect or inaccurate, the delivery time may be extended.
- Be sure to provide the correct phone number.
- At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask for an identification document (passport, ID card or driver’s license) to verify the recipient’s identity and to record the last 5 digits of the document number.
- Despite the fact that we do our best to ensure that the order is delivered on time, delays are sometimes possible. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure or circumstances caused by third parties, you will be notified of the delivery delay by receiving an informative e-mail. Per La Camill is not responsible for customs clearance procedures.

RETURN OF GOODS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order. The goods must be unused, clean, not wrinkled and undamaged, together with their intended tags. If you want to exchange the product, please fill in the return form attached to the purchase and send it together with the product to the address: “Per La Camill”, Iecavas Street 1-28, Riga, Latvia, LV-1083, indicating whether you want to exchange the product or receive a refund. Return costs are covered by the customer. If you choose to receive a refund for the purchase – the transfer will be made to the account from which the order was paid. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you want to return a product that was purchased as a gift (for example, you received a gift for a certain amount or a purchase of a certain product), you must also return the gift you received. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the returned amount.
